Can't stop, won't stop
Eating that is. I really need to lose a few pounds, but just can't seem to drop them. Losing weight is very easy, expend more calories than you take in. If you do this, you are will lose weight. Since I don't want to consume less, I will train more. The good old mag trainer will be set up tomorrow. Time to get serious about this.
