The lure of the track

Most people who are runners typically started running to lose weight. They were at first walkers, and the gradually started to run. Through a month or so they graduate from a walk/run to a full 20 minutes of constant running. After doing this for a while they soon were up to 30 minutes and then 45 and then an hour. At some point in time along this journey of walker turned runner they decided, "Hey, I am a runner." Soon after this revelation they start to think they can become fast.

And where do the fastest people in the world run? Well, during the Olympics they run on the track. Their high school aged child is a fast runner and he/she runs track. So that is where they head. Lucifer's lefty, the wonderful oval of death, and the creator of injuries.
