Getting wrenched on

Last night I got my legs worked over by a PT. I had told her that my legs, especially my IT band, would be the tightest she has ever worked on. I was right, and I think she was a bit surprised just how tight/messed up my legs are.

I woke up this morning and my IT band was as loose as it has ever been. I went for a run and my legs felt great. It was as if I had never had IT problems.

Massages good.
