Swedish speed play time

I had a really good 2 hour ride tonight. It was 47, and I enjoyed every bit of it. It was a quality ride with lots of spinning in saddle.

Doing a short run tomorrow night after work and then on Wednesday it will be fartlek time. While I am not doing these to immediately compete with the Finns, I hope I can do Mr. Holmer proud.
