Its that time of year when I start to put on clinics for a variety of people. Here is one of the series.

Oh, won't that be a treat for the ladies. Make sure you tell them how the people in the back suck and don't belong in the race. The Dumming down theory by "O Great One"

OMG, Is there something wrong with you? Do you really need to come in here daily and quite literally "shit on every topic"? I mean it is one thing not to see eye to eye with someone, but when that happens in my life I just understand that not everyone is exactly like me. This is a blog, if you do not like the author, stop coming. No one wants to hear your input here anyway.

Hey Anon,
Just wondering why you feel the need to dump on my projects. Do you even know who is presenting at any of these clinics? Maybe there are people out there who actually know people who know more about these topics than the OP or you or me. Maybe these same people have knowledge that they would like to pass along to others within the sport. Maybe, just maybe despite your deep-rooted hatred for the OP, you might learn something that might actually be of use.

My Mom tells a story of this couple driving down a country road during a winter's night when one of their tires goes flat.

The man gets out the spare and discovers that the jack is not in the trunk. Upset at himself for leaving it in the garage he tries to flag down passing motorists to no avail. Car after car speeds off into the cold night air.

Finally the 25th car pulls off the road. This highly aggitated man runs up to the driver's door as screams, "Take your damn jack and get out of here!"

I have, and will continue to coach athletes of all abilities and skills with the same level of intensity. The mere fact that I have the skill set to help people reach their athletic potential provides me a sense of purpose.

I recognize the fact that the opinions of "O Great One" do not always agree with mine I am willing to accept those differences. My guess is that I have known him far longer than most of the folks who read his daily blog. Maybe you just absolutely hate him and all that he stands for (an opinion to which you are entitled). Those differences are what makes the world so much fun.

But in the future, please try to learn the facts before you start breaking down one of my projects. If you would like to start a dialog with me off this blog site I can be reached through my website at www.saburitrainingprograms.com

I hear the weather there is getting better for training purposes. Keep spinning circles and the rubber side down.

Happy St. Pats!

Cheers,
Toby
