Too much work
Training has been like poo this last week. Between work, the shop, and clinics I logged just shy of 80 hours. I did a double on Wednesday and it was very solid. 45 minutes in HPT running and a 25 mile ride on the roads. It was super good quality, but that is all there was.
Looking to turn it around this week. Run and bike tomorrow. Suffer-o-rama Tuesday night group ride on Tuesday. Easy ride Wednesday after work. Recover day on Thursday. Double it up on Friday, head to Iowa on Saturday. Trail run and mountain bike ride on Sunday.
Be Active Be Happy, or in my case lately, not active, still happy
