What does it mean to give MORE than 100%? Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%? We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%. How about achieving 103%? What makes up 100% in life?
Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

Then:
H-A-R-D-W-O-R-K is

But,

So each would be one of the whole, I.E. 1/26th?
So, 1/26=3.85%
As a result shouldn't these be the correct answers?
HARDWORK = 30.8%
KNOWLEDGE = 34.6%
ATTITUDE = 30.8%
BULLSHIT = 30.8%
ASSKISSING = 38.5%
HOWEVER...

That would be correct, however the statement clearly gives each letter a specific value and in this statement they are not equally distributed as parts of per 100. The qualifying IF statement is the bases for all subsequent statements.
