Both Hilldog and Bama say they are going to go after big oil. Tax them more, limit their profitability. I don't understand this concept? We want to limit what an American Company can do(drill and refine oil), and then replace loss production with oil from .....Chavez?

If they want to decrease foreign dependency on oil, why then do they propose we punish American sources of oil so we have to seek more foreign oil?
